Far too much of the modern world is far too complicated. Your food choices do not have to be. Here at The Lambing Shed, we live by three simple rules: all of our products are fresh, we utilise only locally sourced meats and produce, and we keep everything simple.

Our customers love what they find at our on-site shop and butchery, along with delicious prepared foods at our deli and café. They also love the fact that we operate the working Mosley Hall Farm, which has been in our family for more than 65 years.

Michael Mitchell and son Robert run the farm consisting of more than 400 acres of land, 2500 sheep, and 250 beef cattle. The rest of the family helps by pitching in on the farm and running the day-to-day operations of the shop. From our family to yours, The Lambing Shed is about fresh meat and poultry straight from field to table.
